1220 Exhibits Announces Staff Changes


NASHVILLE—Matthew Carden, president of 1220 Exhibits, has announced these recent staff changes:

• Eric King has been promoted to account executive for museum services. He most recently served as a project manager and oversaw the USGA’s Arnold Palmer Center for Golf History in Far Hills, NJ. With more than 17 years experience in the exhibit industry, King has experience including master carpentry, project managing and estimating. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland with a major in scenic design and technical direction.

• Lindsey Tonkin has been promoted to corporate marketing coordinator. Tonkin has been with 1220 Exhibits since 2006 and most recently served as an account manager of museum services, specializing in sports related projects. A graduate of the University of Alabama, she has a degree in advertising and previously worked at the Country Music Hall of Fame.

• Betsy Galloway has been hired as an account manager for tradeshow services. Her experience includes marketing coordinator for Celebration Homes and purchasing agent for The Jones Company. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in journalism, Galloway was a student of the McDonnell Barksdale Honors College.


• Sarah Elizabeth Hickman has been hired as an assistant project manager (for tradeshow services?). Most recently, she was education coordinator for the Sam Davis Home in Smyrna. Hickman holds a masters degree in public art history from Middle Tennessee State University.

• Justin Rippetoe has been hired as an account executive for tradeshow services. He is a graduate of Tennessee Tech and has experience in real estate and transportation services.
