For Immediate Release 1220 Exhibits 30th Anniversary For
more information, contact: 1220 EXHIBITS NASHVILLE, TN, January 1, 2006 – 1220 Exhibits is commemorating the 30th anniversary of its 1976 founding by two revered advertising executives. 1220 Exhibits’ employees find themselves reflecting on thirty memorable years of achievement, steady growth and award-winning work on behalf of their many exhibiting clients. The company plans to mark its pearl anniversary with celebrations and promotions throughout 2006. Many in the industry will have an opportunity to join the 1220 leadership for a “No Surprise” Birthday Party on the floor of EXHIBITOR2006 in Las Vegas on March 6-8. As guests of honor at the party, attendees will gain a better understanding of what can be achieved with a special “No Surprise” relationship like the ones shared by 1220 and its satisfied existing customers. Attendees will get a taste of how 1220 can begin a “No Surprise” working relationship with them as well. In areas ranging from billing, design, fabrication, transportation, show services, measurable lead generation to overall program success, they will know exactly what they are getting – exactly what they wanted to get. At Booth #1153, attendees will make an exhibit wish, such as increased ROI, that they would like 1220 to grant. This wish will enter them in one of three drawings for exquisite pearl jewelry valued at thousands of dollars. They will also be treated to champagne, punch and birthday cake. The festive booth design features clear plexi “no surprise” presents, sophisticated pearl iconography and graphics noting the many “no surprise” benefits of partnering with 1220 Exhibits. Also, look for 1220’s 30th anniversary print advertising campaign in Exhibitor magazine this year. In praise of 1220 Exhibits’ most valuable asset, its employees, Co-Founder Jerry Carden says, “I’m very proud of our longevity. Lasting thirty years is not an easy feat in our industry. Very few companies have made it this long. We owe it all to that talented, hard working, passionate and friendly employees.“ Co-Founder John Cherry singled out management, “We’ve been fortunate over the years to have solid leadership who focused on our clients’ needs and also navigated us through the hard times, especially post 911 when many other big exhibit companies perished.” Kevin Barber, President since 1998, is looking ahead. “As we begin the next 30 years, we intend to continue our managed growth to better help our clients reach their program goals and track and improve their ROI. To do so, we will stay on the cutting edge of creativity and technology, expand our operations in current and future satellite cities and continue to provide comfortable working partnerships. Keep an eye on 1220.” |
