Human Resources Manager

Lori wears many hats as our Human Resources Manager. She oversees payroll, coordinates internal events and ensures our birthday list is up to date among many other behind the scenes tasks.

Lori began her HR career as Human Resources Coordinator at the Sheraton Music City Hotel. She processed payroll for a myriad of scenarios or roles including bonuses, hourly, tip share, wait staff, housekeeping, bartenders and management. She also introduced a Social Responsibility committee and was the chair of the committee, served as Hotel Safety Committee chair, raised $10-15k annually for Breast Cancer Walk, partnered with McGavock school to give back to the community, raised over 2 truckloads of food for the McGavock school food pantry and was solely responsible for the HR department while the HR Director conducted extensive business travel.

From there, Lori served as the HR Professional for Miller Tanner Associates where she was solely responsible for all HR functions for a 71+ person international business. Responsibilities included benefit administration, payroll, employee solutions, program development, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, organizational restructuring, FMLA and all other essential HR functions.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
